which stocks with daily options are good for quick trades?

I’ve been exploring daily options for quicker trades but I’m uncertain about the best stocks to choose.

Last month, I tried a few but faced issues with wide spreads and low volume, which made trading challenging.

What stocks do you find reliable for daily options? I need ones with good volume and tighter spreads.

BAC and WFC saved my ass after getting burned on low volume trash last year.

Financials move predictably around earnings and Fed announcements. Made 65% on a BAC daily call during their last earnings week.

Volume picks up after 9:45 AM and spreads stay tight all day.

Stick with SPY, QQQ, and AAPL for daily options. These three have tight spreads and enough volume so you won’t get stuck in bad positions. Apple moves enough to make decent profits, SPY gives you whole market exposure.

Don’t touch anything under $50 - spreads get ugly fast. Tesla works too but it’s way more unpredictable. Master these liquid names before you branch out.

Keep position sizes small until you’re comfortable with how these move during the day.

Amazon and Microsoft work great for daily options. Both move enough during regular hours but aren’t insanely volatile like other tech stocks.

Volume’s solid all day on both. Microsoft’s been my go-to since it follows tech sector moves pretty reliably.

Stay away from meme stocks for dailies. Sure, the premiums look juicy, but those swings will kill you quick.

NVIDIA and JPMorgan are solid picks for daily options. Both get decent volume by 10 AM EST.

High volume picks:

• META - tight spreads, predictable patterns
• XLF (financial ETF) - sector exposure without single stock risk
• IWM - small cap volatility

Check option chains before 9:30 AM. Skip anything under 500 contracts.
