Daily options stocks you should keep an eye on

Been trading for a while now and trying to build a better watchlist for daily moves.

Currently watching some tech stocks and a few energy plays but feels like I’m missing out on good setups.

What stocks do you track regularly for day trading? Looking for ones with decent volume and movement.

Lost big three months ago tracking way too many symbols at once.

Now I just stick with AAPL, MSFT, and SPY. Plenty of action without frying my brain.

MSFT saved my ass last Tuesday - caught a perfect bounce off support for 82% profit. Sometimes the boring plays make the best money.

Avoid the popular stocks that everyone talks about. Look for stocks that have consistent movements. SPY and QQQ offer great volume and liquidity. Apple’s good for clear breakouts if you can time them well. For energy, XOM performs well during earnings or volatile oil prices. Banking stocks like JPM and BAC react to interest rate changes. Limit your focus to 5-7 stocks and understand their patterns instead of following every trend.

NVDA and TSLA provide good daily ranges if swings are manageable. Banks react predictably to Fed announcements.

Financials often have clearer patterns. WFC and GS can show nice momentum plays.

Pay attention to volume. Focus on stocks trading over 10M shares daily to avoid bad fills.

Look for stocks with daily volume over 10M. AMD’s been giving me solid, consistent moves.

Energy stocks are predictable around earnings. CVX and COP move with oil prices.

Key points:
• Daily volume above 15M
• Correlation of 0.7+ with crude
• Increased volatility during reports

Focus on sector rotation over stock hype.
